Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • Prepare the letters of authorship credits and declaration of conflicts of interest, to do so, discuss the order of authorship with the rest of the authors. The templates are available to the authors
  • Register in the journal as an author, and to complete this field in the profile, obtain your ORCID researcher identifier (www.orcid.org ).
  • Verify that your manuscript matches the editorial profile of the journal. Carefully read the requirements for publishing in the section for authors / guidelines for authors.
  • Download the template of the manuscript you want to submit, use it.
  • Read and consistently apply the Code of Conduct and Good Practices.
  • Once your manuscript is accepted. Put it up on a preprint platform and let the magazine know by sending the url link.
